LEARN MORE ABOUT ALARMS
The EVO™ Series offers additional advanced features and capabilities to manage your entire system as efficiently as possible.
Turbine Pump Interface™
Turbine Pump Interface™ (TPI) is a powerful tool that creates a network between intelligent pump controllers and EVO™ Series fuel management system consoles. Through TPI, the EVO™ has access to the submersible pumping system status and the capability to react with intelligence that pump controllers alone cannot. The devices share data to provide enhanced system capabilities.
LEARN MOREDetect and automatically react to offline systems for faster reset and avoided downtime.
Provide remote troubleshooting, preventing maintenance calls and trip charges.
Prevent fuel runouts, dry runs, tank overfills, and water being pumped into a vehicle.
Inventory Reconciliation
The EVO™ Series offers an advanced, automated approach to inventory reconciliation, providing a crucial layer of environmental protection for fuel stations. This feature ensures that operators can detect potential leaks quickly and accurately by analyzing tank volume, deliveries, and dispenser sales data.
Collects dispenser, delivery, and tank data for full fuel movement insight.
Compares expected vs. actual volumes to flag potential discrepencies.
Alerts when unaccounted tank volume changes suggest leaks or theft.
Generate reports with full data traceability for audits and reviews.
Sentinel Mode: Fuel Theft Detection
Sentinel Mode enhances security by continuously monitoring product levels during both site closure and idle fueling periods, alerting operators to potential theft when losses exceed a user-defined threshold.
During site closure EVO™ can monitor for any product loss larger than a user-set threshold and alert of potential theft occurrences.
For sites that operate 24 hours a day, EVO™ can monitor product levels when the tank’s associated pump(s) have no active hook signals; and if there is a product loss larger than a user-set threshold during idle fueling, alert of a potential theft occurrence.
Custom Apps with Logic Conditions
Transform your system management EVO™ Series Logic Control Conditions. This cutting-edge feature empowers operators to create tailored applications, automate critical processes, and take control like never before. From compliance to operational efficiency, Logic Conditions unlocks endless possibilities for your fueling system.
Schedule and execute static tank tests and automatically print or email results.
Shut down systems when high water levels or fuel leaks are detected.
Schedule inventory and delivery reports at shift ends or after deliveries.
Control station lighting with timers, turning lights on at dusk and off at dawn.
Set up alerts for critical events and trigger actions sending email notifications.
Use counters to monitor delivery frequency or equipment cycles.
Electronic Line Leak Detection
EVO™ Series Electronic Line Leak Detection (ELLD) is designed to provide early detection of leaks in pressurized fuel lines. The system features automatic submersible pump shutdown in the event of a leak, minimizing the risks of costly spills and environmental cleanup. This pressure-based system utilizes learned line characteristics to monitor for changes in pressure to declare the line as tight or determine if a leak is present.
LEARN MOREEVO™ leverages AUTO-LEARN® technology to automatically program the unique pressure characteristics of each pipework system. This ensures precise, customized leak detection, reducing the risk of false alarms and enhancing overall system accuracy.
With Statistical Line Leak Detection (SLLD), EVO™ allows sites with constant fuel flow to perform 0.2 gph leak testing even during peak operation. This is ideal for busy fuel stations where quiet periods are rare, ensuring continuous compliance without disrupting operations.
Capabilities
Inventory Monitoring
Provides real-time tracking of fuel levels within storage tanks. This enables station owners to manage inventory effectively, reducing the risk of runouts or overfilling.
Inventory Reconciliation *
Compares dispensed fuel amounts with actual inventory levels to identify discrepancies. This helps detect potential leaks or theft, ensuring product accountability and environmental compliance.
Tank Autocalibration *
Automatically adjusts tank capacity measurements to reflect actual conditions by referencing sales data. This enhances measurement accuracy, leading to more precise inventory management and compliance reporting.
Static Tank Testing *
Conducts scheduled, non-intrusive tests to verify tank integrity. Station owners benefit by ensuring regulatory compliance and preventing environmental contamination.
Statistical Continuous Automatic Leak Detection (SCALD®) *
SCALD® continuously analyzes data to detect tank leaks without requiring shutdowns or interrupting fueling. Ideal for 24/7 sites with minimal quiet periods, it ensures compliance without disrupting operations.
Containment Compliance Monitoring
Monitors containment sumps and tank interstitial for leaks or breaches. This ensures early detection of containment failures, protecting the environment and aiding in regulatory compliance.
Programmable Logic Conditions (Custom Applications)
Enables customization of system responses based on specific site conditions. This flexibility allows station owners to automate processes, enhancing operational efficiency.
- *Requires the purchase/use of leak detection probes.
Electronic Line Leak Detection (ELLD) (Optional)
Utilizes electronic sensors mounted in the submersible pump to detect leaks in fuel lines. Early detection prevents product loss and environmental hazards, ensuring system integrity.
AUTO-LEARN® ELLD Line Learning (Optional)
Automatically learns the characteristics of fuel lines to enhance leak detection accuracy. This ensures precise, customized leak detection, reducing the risk of false alarms and enhancing overall system accuracy.
Statistical Line Leak Detection (SLLD) (Optional)
Analyzes pressure and flow data over time to identify leaks. This allows sites with constant fuel flow to perform 0.2 gph leak testing, even during peak operation, which ensures continuous compliance
without disrupting operations.
Dual-Sensor Connectivity in Parallel per Input
Allows two FMP-ULS sensors to connect to a single input channel in parallel. This expands monitoring capabilities without additional hardware, optimizing system resources.
Remote Access via PRO® Connect
Provides off-site access to system data and controls through a secure web browser interface. Station owners can monitor and manage their sites remotely, improving response times and operational oversight.
Turbine Pump Interface™ (TPI)
Creates a network between intelligent pump controllers and EVO™ ONE allowing real-time data sharing and intelligent system responses. This enables remote troubleshooting and reduced downtime features like:
- Pump in Water Automation
Detect water in tanks and automatically shut off the affected pump, preventing water from being pumped into a customer’s vehicle. - Clogged Pump Escalation
